HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK?
Cancellation Policy
Room availability is confirmed only after a request for confirmation. Therefore, the hotel may decline the request if availability has been filled in the meantime.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount will be required, to be paid via bank transfer. π³ The deposit must be made within 72 hours of the booking request, upon confirmation from the hotel (by sending a copy of the payment receipt to info@hotelvillagioiosa.it or via WhatsApp to +39 3277860689).

That’s why we’ve made our cancellation policy even more flexible throughout 2025:
» The deposit will be fully refunded for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, minus any bank fees. πΈ
» Cancellations made after this period will result in the retention of 100% of the deposit. π«
» In case of early departure, 3 nights will be charged according to the rates declared to the Province. ποΈ
Please note: You can modify your stay dates (subject to availability) up to 7 days before the arrival date, in case you are unable to stay on the initially confirmed dates, recovering the full deposit within the 2025 season. π
